Prices by platform

You can subscribe on the web or, where our mobile app is available, through the iOS App Store or Google Play. The price shown is set for the channel you buy through — web prices are set at our checkout, and in-app prices are the prices the App Store or Google Play display at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by platform and region; each store shows its own price at checkout. Your subscription is honored across web and mobile, and you're never billed twice for the same subscription.

Regional features + platform differences

• · Your subscription pays for the core app. Some features depend on providers or platform capabilities that aren't available everywhere — for example, SMS notifications rely on carrier coverage (Twilio) that doesn't reach every country. Where a feature isn't available in your region, the core features keep working and you can use another channel where one exists (email, in-app, push, or Discord DM in place of SMS).
• · Price doesn't change based on what's available to you. We don't raise or lower your price based on whether a region-limited feature happens to be available where you are. A missing region-limited feature isn't grounds for a refund or price adjustment.
• · Web and mobile may differ. The web app and the mobile apps (iOS and Android) may vary in setup, layout, navigation, and available features. A feature may land on one platform before another or be presented differently. Your subscription entitlement is unified across platforms; the presentation and feature set on each may differ.

Trial + refunds

• · 14-day free trial — card required, cancel any time before day 15 for no charge.
• · Free 14-day AI calibration for First Tier trial graduates — once per account, activation on your terms.
• · Monthly plans — there is no refund for the current billing period, but cancelling prevents all future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• · Annual plans — pro-rated refund at the standard monthly rate for full months remaining.
• · Calibration bursts — full refund within 7 days if not activated; non-refundable once activated.
• · Annual tune-ups — $19.99 refund per unused burst; activated bursts non-refundable.
